Every Living Tao seminar is a special experience.

Fundamentally, we study and practice Tai Ji. We use sound, poetic metaphors, mythic images, story telling and dynamic movement to enrich our practice.

We explore Taoist, Zen Buddhist and Confucian philosophy: the Tao Te Ching, I Ching, Five Elements, and more. The works of scholars Joseph Campbell, Alan Watts and other thought leaders provide a rich resource for comparative study.

The art of brush calligraphy and the symbolic Chinese language become powerful tools to provoke further enquiry. We uncover hidden layers of meaning through primal and intuitive human consciousness and ancient wisdom.

All of these tools are windows of opportunity for us to enter more deeply into our Tai Ji form and practice. The ultimate goal is to live our Tai Ji learning.
